Ingredients:

Minced mutton (Mutton keema) – 1kg
Ginger (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Black peppercorn – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Gram flour – 6 tbsp
Papaiya paste – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) – 2 cup
Pudina leaves (chopped) – ½ cup
Peanuts paste – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 4 tbsp
White bread – 2 slice
Paneer (chopped) – ½ cup
Salt – to taste

 

Preparation:

1. Heat ghee in a kadai
2. Add chopped onion, ginger and sauté
3. Heat (without oil) gram flour
4. Remove hard portion from the bread slice
5. Mix all ingredients and make circular cake
6. Fry in cooking oil
7. Serve hot
