Buttery Lobster with Aioli

Ingredients 1:

Lobster – 4
Butter – 50g
Garlic-infused oil – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Chervil (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Cucumber – to serve with

Ingredients 2 (Aioli): 

Egg yolk – 1
Garlic cloves (cursed)  - 3 / 4
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Olive oil – 175 ml
Chives (snipped) -1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste

 

Preparation 1 (Aioli):

1. Take all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well
2. Gradually add oil, drop by drop.
3. Beat constantly until it is smooth and thick
4. Stir in chive

Preparation 2:

5. Dot the lobster with the butter and drizzle with garlic-oil
6. Put the lobster, flesh side up, in a pre-heated grill for 7 – 8 min (until cooked)
7. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and chopped chives
8. Serve immediately with Aioli and cucumber slice

Note: Buttery lobster can be served with Crab Meat Rice or Egg / Chicken Fried Rice as well
