Swiss Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts (skinless) – 4
Fresh mushrooms (sliced) – 250g
Swiss cheese – 4 slice
Garlic cloves (crushed) – 2
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Fresh yogurt – 2 tbsp
Green onion (chopped) – 1 cup

 

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 175C
2. Take a baking dish
3. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and crushed garlic
4. Coat chicken breasts with the oil and garlic mixture and keep them in the baking dish
5. Add 1 tbsp vinegar and yogurt on the chicken breasts
6. Bake the chicken breasts for 30 min at 175C
7. Remove the baking dish from the oven and cover with green onion and mushrooms
8. Sprinkle 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp vinegar
9. Return the dish to the oven for 20 min
10. Remove from the oven and immediately put one slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast
11. Serve immediately
