Mayonnaise Bhetki

Ingredients:

1. Bhetki Fish Fillet – 500 g (cut into small dice).
2. Onion Paste – 3 tspn (1 big size onion).
3. Ginger – Garlic Paste – 1 tspn.
4. Lemon Juice – 2 tspn.
5. Pepper Powder – 1 tspn.
6. Onion Powder – 1 tspn.
7. Garlic Powder – 1 tspn.
8. Mayonnaise – one and half cup.
9. Cream Cheese – ½ Cup.
10. Butter – 25 g.
11. Green Chilli – 4-6.
12. Salt to taste.

Preparation:
1. Marinate the Bhetki fish fillets with Lemon Juice and Pepper powder for around 1 hour.
2. Heat half of the butter in a pan and sauté the Onion paste along with ginger – garlic paste in low flame for 2-3 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients with marinated fish cubes except butter.
3. Take butter in a microwave safe bowl and cook it in high heat for 30 seconds and then transfer the fish mixture into the bowl and cook in medium heat (around 60) for around 20 minutes.
4. Take the bowl out of the oven and give it a rest of 10 minutes.
5. Mayonnaise Bhetki is ready to serve.
