Modenese Pork Chops

Ingredients:

1. Pork Chops – 6 pc (about 1 inch thick).
2. Butter – 4 tbsp.
3. White Wine – ½ cup.
4. Salt – 1 tspn.
5. Black Pepper – 1/8 tspn (Fresh and grounded).
6. Rosemary – ½ tspn.(Crushed and dried).
7. Garlic – 2 cloves (minced).

Preparation:

1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook the pork chops in butter, turning once to brown evenly.
2. Pour in wine and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic.
3. Simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes or until chops are tender.
4. Transfer pork chops to serving plates and spoon sauce over the meat.
