Cinnamon Balls

Ingredients:

1. Cinnamon powder – 1 tspn.
2. Soft butter – 1 cups.
3. Sugar – 1/2 cup.
4. Vanilla essence – 2 tspn.
5. Refined flour – 2 cups.
6. Cornflakes crushed – 2 cups.
7. Walnuts (finely chopped) – 1 cup.
8. Castor sugar – 1 and 1/2 cup.

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix together butter, sugar and vanilla essence using a hand blender. Whisk till smooth.
2. In another bowl sieve flour and cinnamon powder. Add crushed cornflakes and walnuts to it and mix well. Add to the butter mixture and mix to prepare soft dough.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls.
4. Place the balls on a greased tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180° degrees for twenty minutes.
5. Remove when baked and immediately roll them in castor sugar and serve.
