Fruit Kheer

Ingredients:

1. Banana peeled and thinly sliced – 2 large.
2. Orange segmented – 2 large.
3. Sugar – 2 tbsp.
4. Black peppercorn (crushed) – 1/2 tspn.
5. Red chilli powder – 1/2 tspn.
6. Salt – 1 tspn.
7. Yogurt – 3 cups.
8. Saffron (Dissolved in water) – a few.

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl mix together sugar, crushed peppercorns, red chilli powder, salt and yogurt.
2. Add bananas and oranges and mix well. Serve with saffron sprinkled on top.
