Thai Sweet & Spicy Broccoli
1. Vegetable Oil – 1 tbsp.
2. Broccoli Florets – 4 cups.
3. Water – 1/4 cup.
4. Sweet Red Chili Sauce – 2 tbsp
5. Salt – 1/2 tspn.
1. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet on medium-high heat for a minute. Add broccoli, stir fry until bright green. Add water, cover tightly and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add red chili sauce and salt. Toss to coat well.
2. Serve warm, at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to serve.
