Ingredients:

1. Fresh Yeast 10 gms.
2. Milk – 1 cup.
3. Flour – 250gms.
4. Sugar – 35 gms.
5. Salt as per taste.
6. Eggs.
7. Butter – 125 gms.
8. Egg – 1 pc.

For the Fruit and Spice Mix:

9. Candied cherries (chopped) – 12 gms.
10.40 gm almonds, blanched (peeled and chopped) – 30 gms.
11. Dark Rum – 30 ml.
12.Vanilla essence – 5 ml.
13.Nutmeg (ground) – 2 gms.
14.Cinnamon (ground) – 4 gms.
15. Cardamom (ground) – 2 gms.

For the Glaze:
1. Sugar – 150 gms.
2. Water – 100 gms.
3. oranges (zested) – 2.
