Fruity Sausages

Ingredients:

1. Breakfast sausages – 8.
2. Oil – 1 tbsp.
3. Shredded mint leaves – 1 tbsp.
4. Onion – 2 (medium sized).
5. Grapes – 200 gms.
6. Apple juice – 125 ml.
7. Corn flour salt – 1 tspn.
8. Pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Heat oil in the pan and fry all the sausages until they leave their juices.
2. Add onion rings into the pan and remove once they soften.
3. Continue cooking the sausages until they turn brown.
4. Add mint, apple juice and corn flour.
5. Finish with grapes and onion rings.
6. Serve hot with mashed potatoes.
