Masala Chicken on Toast

Ingredients:

1. Boneless chicken – 1/2 kg (diced or minced).
2. Yoghurt – 50 gms.
3. Kashmiri mirch – 1/2 tbsp.
4. Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp.
5. Garlic Paste – 1/2 tbsp.
6. Ginger Paste – 1/2 tbsp.
7. Lime juice – 2 tbsp.
8. Oil – 2 tbsp.
9. Onion – 2 medium sized (diced).
10.Coriander powder – 1/4 tbsp.
11.Chilli powder – 1/4 tbsp.
12.Salt & pepper – to taste
13.Tomatoes – 4 pcs (peeled and chopped).
14.Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Marinate chicken in hung curd, chilli powder, garam masala, half of the ginger and half of the garlic. Set aside for 1 hour.
2. Heat oil. Saute onions until golden and then add spices and remaining garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute.
3. Add chicken with the marinade. Stir for a minute. Add tomatoes. Simmer uncovered until chicken is coated.
4. Stir in coriander. Serve warm on hot buttered toast.
