Ingredients:

1. Tamarind – 1/4 cup (or use 2 tea spns of tamarind extract).
2. Dates (Kharjoor) – 8-10.
3. Jaggery(Sugar) – 1 tspn.
4. Red chillies – 5-6 pcs.
5. Coriander leaves – 4-5 strands.
6. Ginger – 1″ piece.
7. Salt to taste.

Preparation:
1. Take the ingredients, wash them and put it in a grinder.
2. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
3. Add very little water if required.
4. A thick paste resembling chutney will be formed.
5. Serve with rice, bajra rotis or parathas.
